Meet Our Founder
Leslie Aldama
Leslie Aldama brings more than 30 years of experience across mortgage financing, real estate, affordable housing, and private funding to Profectus Alliance Group. Throughout her career, she has assisted hundreds of clients and estimates having helped close more than $270 million in financing and real estate transactions.
Her background includes senior loan processing, working with state and local affordable housing programs, and founding and leading a mortgage company specializing in residential and commercial financing. She also served as a nationally certified first-time homebuyer instructor, helping prospective homeowners understand financing requirements and prepare for homeownership.
Today, Leslie helps clients develop project-specific funding strategies and connect with potential lenders and investors. Through its relationships with private lenders, investors, family offices, and alternative capital sources, Profectus Alliance Group’s network represents more than $500 million in potential funding resources. Availability depends on project qualifications, underwriting, due diligence, and final lender or investor approval. Leslie stays involved from the initial conversation through closing, offering guidance in English and Spanish.
